Huntington-Whitely has two younger siblings; a brother, Toby, and a sister, Florence. Her grandfather was politician Sir Herbert Huntington-Whitely. In 2010, she was infamous in terry Richardson photography calendar. She go away for designers Prada in Milan and Giles Deacon in Paris In March, she do work with VOGUE.COM. She was in a love magazine as pinup girl. She does many other advertising campaigns like Loewe, Thomas Wylye, and Leon Max. Fashion photographer Rankin wrote a book on her the name was “TEN TIME ROSIE”. Rankin thinks she [Rosie] is a very charming and beautiful girl and in fashion line we are happy that Rosie is here. ACTING CAREER (2011)
In May 2010, it was announced that Rosie is play a role in transformer’s “DARK OF THE MOON” which release on 29th June 2011. She had done a work with “Michal bay” who is a director of movie. She had done work with him before. MTV Networks' NextMovie.com named her one of the 'Breakout Stars to watch for in 2011'. Before the movie release she got a award of “FEMALE STAR OF THE FUTURE”.

In her life she dated Tyrone wood son of musician Ronnie wood from august 07 to October 09. She also began a relationship with French actor Olivier Martinez, which over early 2010. By April 2010, she was dating English actor Jason Statham.
