School Gyrls is an American girl group. Signed to Nick Cannon's NCredible Entertainment, the group starred in an eponymous movie that premiered onNickelodeon on February 21, 2010,The group, consisting of Mandy, Monica, and Jacque (until July 2010 when members Sade Austin & Lauren Brianna Chavez were added to the group), formed in 2008, and have been working on the debut album ever since. The girls full-length English self-titled studio album was released on March 23, 2010, charting at #118 on the Billboard Hot 200, and was preceded by the single "Something Like A Party" and "Get Like Me". School Gyrls opened for Korean-pop acts, the Wonder Girls and 2PM at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, CA, on June 11, 2010. In July 2010, two new members were added to the group.
