5th Pillar is an organization that strongly believes that the people that make up a democracy are the strongest members of such a system. Without the people a democracy would not exist. As such, we believe that if each one of us changes our own habits, we will be attacking corruption at its roots, and corruption will cease to exist. That is why we hope that everyone who learns about the organization will take a pledge to not give or receive any bribes. By taking the pledge you are helping us reach our goal of a corruption free nation.
Four pillars Legislature, Executive, Judiciary and Press are given strength to Democracy. And now we find the Fifth pillar, which also given strength to our Democracy.

A. P. Singh, IPS officer – was appointed the new Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation for two years succeeding Ashwani Kumar. The Appointments' Committee of the Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh cleared the name of 58-year-old Singh, a 1974 batch IPS officer from Jharkhand cadre, for the post of the new chief of the elite investigating agency.
Ashwani Kumar, whose term comes to an end on Dt. 30/11/10, took over as the Director on August 2, 2008. He held the position for a period of two years and four months.
Singh was serving as Special Director of the agency. He has also held post of additional Director General in BSF and is a recipient of Indian Police Medal and President's Police Medal.

Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy is an Indian politician became the 16th chief minister of Andhra Pradesh on 25-11-2010 after Rosaiah Konijeti decided to quit from the Chief Minister post on 24-11-2010 citing age problems.
Kiran Kumar Reddy was born to former Congress party Minister N. Amarnath Reddy. He hails from Chittoor district. He did his schooling from Hyderabad Public School and intermediate from St. Josephs' Junior College, Hyderabad.
Kiran Kumar Reddy was elected to Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 1989 after his father death. He became Chief Whip in 2008 in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and became the Speaker in 2009. He is a Telangana separatist.
He was a good cricket player and was the captain of South Zone team and Osmania University cricket team.

Andhra's Next CM is Kiran Kumar Reddy
Kiran Kumar Reddy will be the new chief minister of Andhra Pradesh after incumbent K. Rosaiah resigned on Wednesday in a surprise move as the ruling Congress battles dissidence and prepares to tackle the potentially volatile issue of a separate Telangana state.
On a day of fast-paced developments, 77-year-old Rosaiah, the stop-gap chief minister who took over in the aftermath of Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy’s death in September last year, resigned citing personal reasons.
Hours later, the Congress Legislature Party met and authorised party chief Sonia Gandhi, who named Kiran Reddy, currently speaker of the assembly, to succeed Rosaiah.
50-year-old Reddy hails from Rayalaseema region and was elected from Pileru constituency in Chittoor district.

MUSHARRAF'S COMEBACK
